Psychoanalyst · Clinical sexologist
A space to think (about you) without judgment
Individual and couples therapy, grounded in psychoanalysis and with an integrative approach that adapts to what each person needs. 50-minute sessions, 100% online.
Therapy built around the person, not the method
I offer psychoanalytic therapy, but because I've studied other therapeutic approaches I consider myself more patient-led: I can draw on different tools during a session depending on what each person needs. I understand the person through psychoanalysis, even if my approach in session is more eclectic.
I work with individuals and with couples, in 50-minute sessions, entirely online — so that therapy fits into your life rather than the other way around.
- Languages: Spanish and English (native in both), French at B2 level
- Format: 100% online
- Session length: 50 minutes
How we'll work together
Psychoanalytic foundation
We make sense of what you bring to session through deep listening, attentive to what isn't always said in words.
Eclectic approach
I integrate tools from different therapeutic traditions — there is no single way to accompany a process.
A sexological lens
Certified in clinical sexology, with specific training to talk about sexuality without taboo and with professional grounding.
Without judgment
A confidential space where individuals and couples can talk about anything, exactly as it is.
You cannot change what you are not aware of. The first step toward change is creating awareness.

What people usually ask me before starting
I've never been to therapy. Do I need to know what to say?
No. You don't need to arrive with a prepared speech or a clear sense of the problem. That's exactly what the first session is for: to start putting into words what you're carrying, at your own pace.
How much does a session cost?
My fee is €60 / $1,300 MXN per 50-minute session.
That said: I don't think money should be the reason someone goes without therapy. If that's your situation, write to me and we'll talk — I adapt to what each person can pay.
How do I pay you?
It depends on where you are:
- Mexico — bank transfer to BBVA
- Europe — bank transfer to Revolut
- Rest of the world — PayPal (this is how patients in South Africa and Argentina pay me)
Payment is made at the end of each session.
What happens if I need to cancel or I'm running late?
You can cancel or move your session up to 24 hours in advance, at no cost. After that I do have to charge for it, because there's no longer time to offer that slot to someone else.
If you're running late, there's a 15-minute grace period.
What are sessions like and how long do they last?
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is entirely online, by video call. You can take it from wherever you are, as long as you have a private space and a good connection.
Which platform do we use for video calls?
Whichever is most comfortable for you: WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet. We agree on it when booking — you don't need to install anything you don't already use.
Do you see teenagers?
I see adults only, from 18 years old.
But if you're a parent, I can support you: how to talk with your children about sexuality, or about any other subject you find difficult to bring up with them.
What languages can I have therapy in?
In Spanish and English, which I speak natively, and also in French (B2 level). You can choose the language you feel most comfortable in to talk about what matters to you.
What does it mean that your approach is "eclectic"?
It means I understand the person through psychoanalysis, but I don't limit myself to a single technique. Because I've studied other therapeutic traditions, I can bring the tools that work for you into the session. I consider myself more patient-led than loyal to a method.
What exactly does a sexologist do?
I provide therapeutic support for anything related to sexuality: desire, dysfunctions, orgasm, relationships, identity, or any subject that's hard to put into words.
What I don't do is prescribe medication. That's for physicians — psychiatry, gynaecology, endocrinology, urology. I always work alongside those specialties when needed.
And a fact that surprises people: not all sexologists are psychologists. I am, so I can also comfortably address any emotional situation that comes along with the issue.
Are psychoanalyst and sexologist the same thing?
No, they're two different trainings and I hold both. Psychoanalysis is the lens through which I understand what you bring to session; sexology is separate training: I hold a master's in Sexology and Couples Therapy from ISEP in Barcelona and a postgraduate diploma in clinical sexology from IMESEX, in Mexico City. That allows me to work on sexuality with professional grounding and without taboo.
I want couples therapy, but my partner isn't ready. Can I come alone?
Yes. You can begin an individual process to work on your own part in the relationship. If both of you want to later on, moving to a couples process can be considered.
I live outside Mexico. Can I have therapy with you?
Yes. Since all consultations are online, you can take them from any country — we just agree on a time that works for both time zones. And I can see you in Spanish, English or French.
What do I need for the session?
A device with a camera and microphone, a stable connection and — above all — a private space where you can speak freely for the 50 minutes. That last one is what protects the process most.
Do you only work on sexuality?
No. Clinical sexology is one of my trainings, but I support processes of all kinds: anxiety, bonds and relationships, grief, moments of change, or anything weighing on you. Sexuality is a subject that may come up, not the only one we work on.
Is what we talk about confidential?
Yes. Everything that happens in session is protected by the professional confidentiality that governs clinical practice. It's the foundation that makes the space work.
With one limit I want to state plainly: if your life or someone else's is in danger, the law overrides this rule. Protecting life comes first.
Let's take the first step
Write to me on WhatsApp or by email and we'll book your first session. All consultations are online, so you can take them from wherever you are.
First time in therapy?
You don't need to know what to say. The first session is for getting to know each other and seeing whether it's a good fit to work together.
